Vehicle performance and driving comfort are directly impacted by the shock absorbers. The components that make struts perform at optimal levels must provide a strong steel backing with sintered PTFE.
CCTY’s shock absorber products have:
Rod ends are similar to spherical plain bearings (SPBs). While SPBs provide misalignment of oscillating movement in a fixed environment, rod ends can be mounted to the shock absorber as a linkage.
Radial spherical plain bearings are available with different sliding contact surface combinations, where the sliding surfaces of inner and outer rings are made from different materials.
Composite bushings feature a hardened steel backing with an inner lining of PTFE. Cylindrical, flanged and thrust bushings forms are available. TLA material is formulated specifically for linear applications such as shock absorber bushings.
